The Arts & Culture Alliance is pleased to present a professional development seminar for artists and other creative people on Tuesday, April 11, from 12:00-1:00 PM at the Emporium Center in downtown Knoxville. Join us as we welcome Dale Mackey!
Dale Mackey will discuss how to create branding that reflects who you are and the work you make, and how to engage with social media in a way that feels authentic.

Originally from Chicago, Dale Mackey moved to Knoxville in 2008 and plans to stay for a very long time. In 2012, she started Dale’s Fried Pies, selling from-scratch sweet and savory hand pies. More recently, she and her husband, Shawn Poynter co-founded The Central Collective, a mixed-use creative space in North Knoxville which hosts creative workshops and events, and also features a photo studio, event space and community kitchen. Mackey also enjoys writing, theatre and multimedia work.
