Confusion re: the type of entity to establish and the need for a business license often exists among artists producing and selling their creative works. Questions abound on issues such as: What type of entity should I choose for my creative efforts? Do I need a business license? If so, when? How much & where do I get a business license? Do any zoning rules apply to my business? What exactly does a business license allow me to do? How often and how much does it cost to renew? Does entity type affect the business license?

Join us for a fact filled session on what you should know about choosing an entity type, the business license process and important guidelines for helping you decide.
