Approaching a Retailer to Sell Your Goods on July 8, 2019

The Arts & Culture Alliance is pleased to present a professional development seminar for artists and other creative people on Monday, July 8, from 5:30-6:30 PM at the Emporium Center in downtown Knoxville. Join us as we welcome Paris Woodhull of Rala.

This seminar will cover how Rala seeks artists and makers as well as the jurying process. Paris will share how to generally approach stores, how to follow-up, and the overall ins and outs of having a store of local goods.

Paris Woodhull is a Knoxville native and graduate of the University of Tennessee with a BFA in 2D art. She owns an illustration business and is also a manager/buyer at Rala (112 W Jackson Ave, Knoxville, TN 37902), so she has experienced both sides of the selling process. This year marks her 10th year of working for Nanci Solomon, owner of Rala.
