Marble Springs State Historic Site will hold its History Alive! Summer Day Camp for kids entering grades 4 through 6 in the fall. Children will be immersed in East Tennessee history on 35 beautiful acres of urban wilderness that were once a part of Governor John Sevier’s farm. Traditional skills, crafts, music, and games of the frontier settlers and Native Americans will be taught by area experts. The cost of the camp is $100 per child. Children should bring a lunch, but an afternoon snack will be provided. Registration is limited and pre-registration is required.
