Ijams Nature Center: Nature Adventure Camp (Ages 6-12)

Ijams Nature Adventure Camps are a fun and exciting blend of outdoor recreation and nature exploration. During each session, campers encounter and learn more about the natural world through: Canoeing, Pond/Creek Exploration, Rock Scrambling/Bouldering, Insect Collection, Bird Watching, Hiking, Dip Netting, Rock Scrambling, Team Building, Fishing, Wilderness, Survival, and Outdoor Skills, Live Animal Presentations, Arts and Crafts, Camp games, skits, songs and more! Nature Adventure Camp will be held Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

2019 Weekly Camp Dates and Themes include:
Session 1 (June 3-7) – Last American Camper
Session 2 (June 10-14) – We are Family
Session 3 (June 17-21) – Weird, Wild, and Wacky
Session 4 (June 24-28) – H2Olympics (Mid-Summer Games)
July 1-5: NO CAMP
Session 5 (July 8-12) – The Amazing World of Ijams
Session 6 (July 15-19) – Tennessee’s Got Talent
Session 7 (July 22-26) – Camper vs. Wild
Session 8 (July 29-Aug 2) – H2Olympics (Late-Summer Games)
